About Performance Marque
Performance Marque are specialist brokers in car insurance, the company was originally based in Sutton Coldfield, until joining Peart Insurance in 2008. Both Performance Marque and Peart Insurance now operate from the same office in Kendal Cumbria.

Although we specialise in car insurance, we can also offer competitive quotations on home, motorcycle and travel insurance through or partners Peart Insurance.

Iain is the Managing Director of Peart. Iain has been in Insurance since 1987 and is an approved person under the Financial Services Authority (FSA). In addition to being Managing Director of Peart he is also Managing Director of our Parent company Central Insurance Services, Commercial Insurance Brokers and Risk Managers based in Aberdeen which was founded in 1973.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, following his favourite football team and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.

As General Manager, Kat is responsible for the day to day running of the Company and is also an Approved Person under the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Having originally studied Law at University she is also an experienced Underwriter, and has worked within the Insurance Industry for the last 14 years, 11 of which have been spent at Peart.
In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog, spending time with her husband, socialising with friends, travelling and also has an interest in Sci-Fi.

Brian has been in insurance since 1966! He is responsible for the delegated underwriting schemes, and is also an Approved Person under the Financial Services Authority (FSA)
In his spare time he enjoys salmon fishing and fly tying. He also has a keen interest in baseball, so much so he makes an annual trip to New York to watch his favourite team "The Yankees".

Kate joined Peart in October 2008 as Marketing Co-ordinator. Her responsibilities include maintaining the website, magazine and online advertising, organising events, graphic design and liaising with publishers and printers.
Out of work hours she enjoys time with her husband, friends and family.
She also likes traveling and is learning to snowboard.

Jen has been at Peart since 2002, her current role is as Renewal Administrator/Receptionist. She is responsible for the processing and issuing of Renewal Notices, however she unfortunately does not deal directly with our clients.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, swimming and being creative. Another of her great joys is traveling to far flung places, in particular Canada where she was born.

Quote Team
Richard has worked in general insurance for the past 13 years, and joined Peart in 2003. As Sales Department Manager he is responsible for the day to day running of the sales department in addition to exercising his delegated authority underwriting skills on both new quotations and adjustments alike.
He has a keen interest in cars & technology. His spare time is usually spent watching films, sat at his PC or socialising.
Richard's favourite dream car: BMW M5 & Range Rover

Stephen originally worked as part of the admin team when he joined Peart in 2006; however in 2007 he felt like a change and found to his surprise that his talents lay within the quotes team, where he has gone from strength to strength.
Stephen is a Manchester United fan, and in his spare time he enjoys socialising with friends and travelling around Europe.

Lisa has worked at Peart since late 2005 after being made redundant from another leading insurer, she has worked in insurance since 2001.
Out of hours Lisa loves walking her gentle giant Jack (the Great Dane before anyone asks!) And is trying to be a master chef in the kitchen. At the moment, all she will say is that it is edible.

Matt joined the team in July 2009 when he moved back to the Lake District.
An avid follower of perennial lower league strugglers Stockport County, in his spare time he enjoys hill walking, sailing and watching every cinema release he can.

Admin Team
Sam has worked at Peart since she was 16, with a three year sabbatical while she travelled around Australia. As Administration Manager she is responsible for the daily running of the department.
In her spare time she likes going to the gym, swimming, walking and is also a Liverpool fan.

As an Administrator, Bernie is responsible for assisting Sam with the busy day to day running of the Administration department.
Bernie has worked at Peart since February 2010, but has many years of Insurance experience and has also previously worked alongside Lisa for another Broker.
In her spare time, Bernie enjoys jetting off to European Cities, walking Pip her dog and spending time with friends and family.

As office trainee Rachel is the newest member of the team. She joined Peart in March 2010 having never worked in the insurance industry before. Rachel's role is to assist with any general administrative duties, providing support to the department.
In her spare time she enjoys horse riding, baking and socialising with friends and family.

Rebecca (more commonly known as Becks) joined Peart in June 2003 as a member of the accounts department. Since returning from maternity leave she has joined the admin team where she assists with day to day duties and the issuing of client renewals.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, swimming, socialising with friends and taking her little boy to his favorite music group.
